As a Company Culture Expert, I am often asked to help companies fix or shift their culture, but it’s much easier to build the proper culture from scratch than to try to repair one that is not functioning properly. What I enjoy the most is helping startup leaders to architect a culture that can grow and scale quicly.

My Approach to Speaking

Your audience’s experience is my highest priority.

We’ve all sat through boring speeches and presentations with speakers droning on and on, reading their slides — not even aware that their audience is distracted,  scrolling on their phones, doodling or wondering when they’ll hear something useful.

I take a bit of a different approach – instead of boring your audience, I coach them in a very interactive and engaging format to challenge their thinking, help them solve real-world problems and go back to work with newfound courage, information and action steps to help them do their jobs better.

My goal as a business culture expert and coach is for your audience to take action to shift their cultures because we are deeply engaged in a group conversation that is truly helpful for them, rather than sit around listening to some boring presenter talk at them.
